Join Mi Tocaya for a Mezcal dinner on Thursday, December 14 in conjunction with Mezcal Unión, a Mezcal producer from the Oaxaca region of Mexico.
For $75 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity) diners can indulge in a four course meal designed by Chef Dávila. Each course will be paired with a tasting portion of Mezcal as well as a special cocktail featuring Mezcal, created by Mi Tocaya Beverage Director Ulises Martinez. 2 seatings, one at 6pm and one at 8pm, will be available.
Alejandro Champion, co-founder of Mezcal Unión, and Courtland Green will be on site during the dinner to engage with guests and to provide some insight as to how Mezcal is traditionally produced, the sustainable farming practices they utilize to limit overproduction and how they work with the farmers who have been making Mezcal for generations.
